How can I find out who activated/deactivated the alarm and when?

Go to any of your keypads and enter your code followed by pressing the "function" key.
Press the 'No' button until you see "Display Entry Log? (Y/N)", then press the 'Yes' button.
Press the Previous/Next buttons to scroll through the log.

Fire Alarm Questions

My fire alarm is going off and I can't reset it

The fire alarm will not reset if there is still a problem, including heat or smoke. The smoke detectors we use are very sensitive and will continue to trip the alarm until all the smoke has cleared.
