How can I find out who activated/deactivated the alarm and when?
- Go to any of your keypads and enter your code followed by pressing the "function" key.
- Press the 'No' button until you see "Display Entry Log? (Y/N)", then press the 'Yes' button.
- Press the Previous/Next buttons to scroll through the log.

Fire Alarm Questions
My fire alarm is going off and I can't reset it
The fire alarm will not reset if there is still a problem, including heat or smoke. The smoke detectors
we use are very sensitive and will continue to trip the alarm until all the smoke has cleared.
